职位描述:
此职位只针对技术型销售,理工科背景、弱电工程师优先。

Tasks:

Main Accountabilities
? Agree and meet the project budget
? Develop and implement a business plan for scope, which implements the sales strategies and policies of the business
? Understand and agree target market place within territory, with agreed target accounts, growth strategies and actions
? Specifying KNX and SmartHome products Identify, track and communicate all projects to optimize sales to KNX System Integrators and Enno’s relevant distribution channels and enable project intelligence / referrals to be passed to ENNO friendly Integrators and Distributors.
*Communicate project intelligence to enable sales teams to optimize opportunity for ABB KNX/SmartHome products

Customer
?Implement high quality visits to existing and potential customers
?Carry out sales / product demonstrations to customers
?Build and enhance relationshipswith existing and target customers, utilizing appropriate corporate hospitality outside of normal working hours as deemed necessary
?Present ENNO in the best light to customers by exhibiting the highest standards of values, behavior and dress
?Attend exhibitions, customer entertainment and company events as may be reasonably required on a national and international basis that may require overnight stays away from home
?Proactively follow up sales leads to final conclusion
?Key Target customers: Consultants, Architects/Interior Designer, Developer and End User

? Excellent communication and Presentation skills
? Market, competitor and customer knowledge
? MS Office

Desirable
? Previous External Sales Experience
? Worked in Team environment
? KNX certified
