Duties and Responsibilities
1.Quickly repair the major down cases and analyze the root cause.
2.Contact supplier for technical support or machine improvement.
3.Establish PM schedules, procedures, and training materials.
4.Track and analyze the machine performance, identify the equipment improvement opportunities and implement the improvement projects.
5.Coordinate cross function team for new machine setup and buy off.
6.Pass equipment knowledge and provide training to all line technicians.
7.Set up spare parts safety stock, monitor the usage.
8.Complying with safety regulation, dispose the waste chemical according to ISO14001 system requirement.
9.Provide 7 days 24 hours technical support to shift technicians if necessary.
10.Other assigned work.
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics or Control Engineering.
2.3+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing. Experience on semiconductor industry or plating industry is preferred.
3.CET4 or above, fluent in English both on writing and speaking.
4.Ability to read PLC program and electrical drawing.
5.Auto CAD skill.
6.Personal computer skills are required.
7.Basic knowledge of 6 Sigma.
