1、Help clients to measure and optimize their digital marketing ROI by extracting insights from data reports;
2、Coordinate business development efforts, including but not limited to setting up key client meetings, preparing proposals and pitch presentations;
3、Identify business development opportunities from clients;
4、 Maintain key client relationship;
5、 Identify and communicate client needs to appropriate internal stakeholders;
6、 Motivate & coach junior team members;

Skills & Abilities:
1、Passion for the digital industry and data analytics field;
2、Proven records to work independently and ability follow through;
3、Ability to work with clients & internal functional teams;
4、Good verbal and written communication (English & Chinese) and presentation skills;
5、Initiative and proactive work style;
6、Good command in PowerPoint;
7、Strong intellectual curiosity, ability to learn quickly;
8、Able to work under pressure;
9、At least 1 year team management experience for Business Manager and 2 years team management experience for Senior Business Manager;
10、Relevant bachelor degree, prior knowledge and experience in digital marketing, advertising or research will be a plus;

Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to the Business Director.
