Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Review current trading work flow, explore the optimization opportunities to develop/maintain trading administration SOP, and build the on-line platform as phase II.
2. As a key contributor to join the Product Master System Project
3. Interfacing IT team to follow up the RMS system trouble shooting and enhancement.
4. Build and execute the training program to category buyers so as to improve the trading team working efficiency.
5. Lead the team to issue trading reports timely and correctly.
6. Support line manager to monitor and analyze the stock movement.
7. TA documentation and form standardized control.
1. 5 years or above work experience. Experience in project management and process reengineer is a plus.
2. ERP/System knowledge and skills.
3. Bachelor degree or above.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people across at all levels of the organization.
5. Logical thinking and demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks.
