1:指导美术团队完成参与项目的比稿及提案
2:拥有极佳的Art sense 能为作品界定美术风格
3:负责把控创意团队的设计品质和创意效率
4:具备较强的团队管理能力
任职资格：
1:具4年以上的美术指导工作经验，并能参与创意发想，监督执行，
2:可独立完成创意工作高度责任心、活跃的思维能力
3:专业院校美术、艺术类专业毕业，专科以上学历
4:具有优异的提案能力、优秀的领导能力和团队管理沟通技巧
