职位描述:
1. 招聘各级员工,确保在职人数符合实际工作需要。并满足现在及未来阶段时间的工作需要;
2. 培训各级员工,确保人手需求和技能储备满足现在及未来阶段时间的工作需要;
3. 现场管理,响应客户、跨部门及部门员工的疑问和投诉。员工消极情绪的疏导;
4. 监督审核相关数据报表,参与相关流程、制度的制定和修整完善。对趋势性问题做出预警,并参与政策制定、修改、落地执行;
5. 主动消除运营内、外部各业务单位间的不畅环节,致力于综合运营效率的提升;
6. 确保项目的有序开展,积极协调项目进程中的内外部问题;
7. 调配运力,使运力规范化,确保项目竞标成功率和接单数量健康发展。
任职要求:
