Sales Support(Technical)

1. MAIN OBJECTIVES:

-- Support of Sales and (Key) Account Manager (applications, offers and pricing )

-- Feasibility study in collaboration with and advice from engineering, perform budget calculation and prepare quotation based on sales requirements and identify Project type to offer

-- Execute Customer PO and Internal Order

-- Interface between salesperson and internal resources

-- Customer information and relationship management

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

-- Management of Sales and (Key) Account Manager requests and compilation of offers

-- Suggestion of follow-up actions, offer tracking, information gathering

-- Management of customer requests and sales-enhancing complaint management

-- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing department to analyse the requirements of the customers and draw up the exact specifications of required machinery

-- Prepare and issue quotations for all company’s product

-- Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up on quotations issues

-- Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time

3. REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION:

-- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Prefessional Degree in Engineering or equivalent

-- Able to work under minimal supervision

-- Skills/Technical Requirements: Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints; use common tools and mechanical fixtures; possess electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills; ability to use diagnostic terminal at advanced level

-- A team player, ability to work with people across different departments
