1.Responsible for relevant new projects quality development based on timing plan.
2.Fully understand engineering specifications in quality function and output into internal instruction.
3.Prepare quality reports (Part check report/Gauge report/CMM report/Matching report) after tool trial, and together with project team members for quality improvement.
4.Full dimension measurement data collection and monitor after each tool trial.
5.Coordinate Master samples/Appearance samples sign-off with customer.
6.Actively participating in regular project meeting with internal and overseas team for quality problem solving.
7.Leading gauge concept to customer approval, and follow up gauge manufacturing and acceptance internally.
8.Leading team members to prepare some quality documents (PFC/PFMEA/Control Plan/SPC/MSA/GP12 etc.).
9.PPAP&ISIR package collection and review with internal team for submission, finally support PM to get the PSW sign-off based on project milestone.
10.Participate in Car Cubing/Building in customer side, to understand assembly interface and problem solving.
11.Deal with customer complaints in project development period, and leading team members to complete 8D report.
12.Implement VDA6.3 internal process audit before production run,and to do official process audit accompany with customer.
13.To transfer project quality documents and inspection skills to quality team during project development period.
14.Lead the local painted parts quality planning and advanced quality control.
15.Lab equipment planning and follow up for local painting line.
16.Other activities developed by higher level.
1.Above 5 years'experience in automotive industry as Quality Engineer for new project development.
2.Bachelor Degree required preferably in familiar with IATF16949 requirement.
3.Be familiar with automotive exterior parts, especially manufacturing process (injection molding, hot stamping, painting,chroming and assembly etc.).
4.Good knowledge of VDA system, especially for VDA6.3 and VDA6.5.
5.Five tools (APQP/FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC) are Well-informed in quality field.
6.Technical knowledge of basic engineering principles. Be able to understand English Drawing with GD&T information.
7.Good problem solving ability and positive communication skills.
8.Good English skills both in Written and oral.
9.Be able to frequent business trip.
