1、Provide supervision for the execution and co-ordination of all housekeeping services to achieve a level of comfort and satisfaction that exceeds Residents’ expectation and which is cost effective and operationally viable.
2、Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
3、Liaise with other departments for guest and hotel requirements.
4、Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
5、Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.
6、Develop potential of others through coaching and development opportunities to build organization capability for the future.
7、Complete tasks as directed by Management.
