Responsible for the delivery of the HR Strategy across business division attractions incorporating recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, policies and procedures, organization design and pay and benefits.
Review and Maintain quality recruitment, assessment and selection procedures.
Provide a comprehensive recruitment service to all managers ensuring that all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.
2. Policies and Procedures
To implement all HR related practices, policies and procedures.
To ensure all Policies, Practices and procedures are complied with China Labor Law, Employment Law, local regulations and consistency with Company’s Global policies and practices.
3. Staff Relationship
Provide advice and support to team leaders regarding all employee relations and employment legal matters.
Provide problem solving to line managers and division Leader on day-to-day operations issues.
Deliver a new staff induction program to staff.
Recommend integrated training solutions for the continual improvement of performance of managers and staff upon business needs.
5. Staff Performance Management
Manage the Performance appraisals and annual salary reviews.
Handle payroll report and monthly analysis report.
Provide advice, support and coaching to managers/staff on remuneration, reward and benefit issues

1. Education qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource management or relevant discipline.
2. Language and office Skill
Good in spoken and written English / Mandarin.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
3. Working Experience
Min 2-5 years HR experience in Events/PR/Digital/Sports industry or relevant experiences.
4. Soft skill
Mature, initiative, detail minded with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
Passion to fashion/luxury industry.
