· Developing approved new-enrollment/marketing plans & strategie.
· Identifying emerging market(s),seeking out major clients & developing a relationship with them
· Produce annual budget ,monitor and termly reports on activity and expenditure in order to monitor effective use of funds.
· Responsible for increasing student enrollment by implementing articulated and approved sales and marketing plans.
· Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual enrollment and retention targets.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
· 5-10 years of sales and marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement
· Strong understanding of sales and marketing
· Experience running and building a sales team, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy enrollment pipeline
· Follow a structured enrollment methodology as well as meet/exceed enrollment quotas
· Great communication skills
