Merchandiser跟单

Daily communicate with U.S. Sales & customer local office for PO’s & shipments’ issues.

日常和国外销售&当地客户一起沟通相关进度。

Follow up with factories, internal parties and customers on replenishment PO’s ship date confirmation, production & inspection tracking until to actual shipments. Make sure on time shipments.

跟进工厂、内部、顾客确定船期、生产、检验直到发货，保证进度。

Keep closed communication with R&D and factories through new items’ whole process to make sure on time shipment, including new components’ tooling, handover sample, 3rd party testing samples & arrangements, customer samples’ sign-up, pre-production sample, packaging design tracking, releasing and checking to factories.  

和开发&工厂紧密沟通保证船期。

Coordinate for customer visit & meetings, support on meeting preparation including quote sheets and other documents.   

支持客户拜访&会议。

Log to customer system for quoting, spec input, PO creations/ revisions/ download & inspection booking, etc. 

询价、下单、预定等事务。

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

完成其他交代任务。

Requirements

Bachelor degree in relevant majors.本科学历相关专业。

More than 2 years relevant working experience in merchandising, familiar with the production processes.2年以上相关岗位工作经历。

Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.英语熟练。

Operate office software like Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint skillfully.相关办公软件操作熟练。

Good personality & interpersonal skills, well organized. Good attention to details, effective problem solving and organization skills.好的协调沟通技巧，组织能力强、关注细节，善于解决问题。

Willing to travel.愿意出差。
