  • Assist the Commercial head in formulating and delivering effective sales and marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objectives;


  • Conduct customers/channel/category mapping, develop knowledge base of the targeted market in terms of commercial expectations, brand positions, consumer intelligence, competitor landscape, with focus on China’s market and customers;


  • Under the guidance of the Head of Product Marketing and Analystic


  • To develop market landscape, gap analysis, category reviews and market presentations with regular market search and study on China’s beauty market, future trends and competition;
  • To track and forecast trends, and analyse in the data collected to provide account management team with thorough reports and recommendations;
  • To collect and analyse data regarding customer perferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand and provide customerized solutions, and;
  • To plan and execute of marketing activities and plan.


  • May assign to handle some adhoc marketing campaigns and projects




  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Communications or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years of  brand marketing experience, customer marketing, preferably in beauty & cosmetics industry

  • Experience in gathering customer insights, market data and analysis, global/regional trends and innovatives, with focus on beauty and cosmetic categories is highly preferable.

  • Skills in building local understanding, marketing plans, monitoring and implementing solution

  • Good presentation skills with ability to show complex quantitative and qualitative information in a clear and visually appealing and compelling way

  • Team player, resourceful and able to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
