Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Communications or related disciplines
At least 3 years of brand marketing experience, customer marketing, preferably in beauty & cosmetics industry
Experience in gathering customer insights, market data and analysis, global/regional trends and innovatives, with focus on beauty and cosmetic categories is highly preferable.
Skills in building local understanding, marketing plans, monitoring and implementing solution
Good presentation skills with ability to show complex quantitative and qualitative information in a clear and visually appealing and compelling way
Team player, resourceful and able to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
