Job Descriptions


·           Monitor suppliers for sustainability compliance performance and provide guidance to our partners

·           Provide compliance-related support to Hub and Local Vendor Compliance and merchandising teams to ensure enforcement of compliance standards

·           Customer social audits, internal assessments and incident management

·           Communicate social (e.g. BSCI, SMETA), environmental and chemical compliance standards, expectations and requirements to vendors, merchandising teams, customers and third parties

·           Perform trainings with supplier and factory to adopt new social and environmental requirements, and to build self-monitoring capacity on implementation of compliance program

·           Review complaints, concerns, or questions relative to compliance issue and provide consultative support for factories and brands as per customer's requirements

·           Look into non-compliance issues with different departments and provided recommendations and respond to alleged violations of rule and regulation (if any);

·           Manage and analyze risks in the production facility pool and drive factory compliance improvements by following legal obligations and company policies

·           Investigate compliance issues / complaint / accident and provide recommendations to internal/external customers

·           Perform other duties as assigned by Management




·           Degree Holder in any discipline

·           Minimum 8 years' relevant experience

·           Experience in policy implementation, survey benchmarking, and analysis and vendor compliance in buying/trading Office

·           In-depth knowledge of auditing to codes of conduct, manufacturing experience and practices, have strong background knowledge in industry of garments, home textile, fabric, etc.

·           Strong team player who can work independently and under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

·           Ability to build strong relationships with different teams in company, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

·           Strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks

·           Fluent English in speaking and written

·           Literate in Microsoft office programs

·           Frequent travel is required
