上海市静安区威海路755号文新报业大厦15楼（近2/12/13号线南京西路站，出站步行5分钟）
岗位职责：
1.对接销售及客户企业，充分分析客户的职位需求，评估项目可行性；
2.带领团队制定招聘计划及指标，把控项目交付效率；
3.定期总结项目工作，把控团队交付业绩；
4.关注行业发展动向，了解企业战略和人力资源规划；
任职条件：
1.至少7年猎头工作经验，其中至少3年团队管理经验，行业不限（重要）；
2.优秀的BD及执行能力，有大客户谈判经验；
3.优秀的团队管理能力，有大规模团队管理经验者为佳；
4.本科及以上学历，经验丰富者可放宽条件；
