销售副总 Sales VP

岗位职责：

1. 负责工业和家具应用产品线范围内各项工作和业务运营符合法律法规，亦符合公司的内部规章制度及政策。

Responsible for all work and business operations meeting all requirements of laws and regulations, as well as the company’s internal rules and policies.

2. 组织调研完成工业和家具市场分析报告，制定市场战略及短期和中长期业务计划，提供本土市场战略给总部作为全球战略参考。

Complete and update market analysis report in industry and furniture field, work out market strategy, long and short term business plan. Proposing the local marketing strategy for headquarter decision making reference.

3. 领导销售团队按照市场战略完成销售业绩，和德国总部保持顺畅的联系获得全球性的项目合同。

 Lead the sales team to implement and develop new business according to market strategy. Keeping smooth communication with Germany to get new contract in worldwide.

4. 和客户进行业务谈判（价格、物流、现场服务、质量问题及其他合同条款）。   

Sales negotiations with customers (prices, logistic, site services, quality issue diagnostics, and other items in contract). 

5. 客户协商，支持及推动降本工作。    

Support and push the cost reduction activities towards customer.

6. 核心客户建立长期合作关系，拓展潜在客户获得业务突破。

Establish long term relationship with major customers and expand relationship with potential customer  

7. 推动全国区域内代理商管理体系，促进代理商业务的提升。    

Push distributor management system optimization, promote distributors business development.

8. 及时协调推动销售人员处理客户回款问题，对回款指标负责。  

Push sales team to collect payment from customers on time and responsibility to AR index.

9. 关注市场发展***信息，收集提供相关信息供技术部门开发参考。负责新平台项目市场调研，协助对新开发产品进行可行性评估。  

Keeping close attention on up-to-date technology and providing relevant information to R&D people. New product possibility analysis.

10. 销售团队建设和管理。  

Sales team organization and management.   

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上，市场营销或工程背景

Bachelor degree or above in marketing or engineering

2. 八年工业/家具产品销售工作经验，五年以上销售管理经验

At least 8 years working experience in industry sales, at least 5years experiences in management fields.

3. 诚实守信，敬业专业，高效执行，结果导向

Be honest and trustworthy, hard work and professional, efficient execution, result oriented

4. 战略思考意识，业务谈判能力， 团队领导力，业务拓展能力

Strategic thinking, negotiation ability, strong leadership skills, business development ability.

5. 英语熟练

Good spoken and written English.
