- Deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator and monitor between external clients and internal technical colleagues regarding the progress of inspection projects and all related events
- Manage major accounts and handle customer enquiries for project related or non project related issues or complaints
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service mindset.
- University graduate, preferably with knowledge in trading or related field;
- Possess at least 2 years'customer services experience in inspection & testing industry or manufacturing fields.
- Good command of oral & written English,CET-6 or above,and good PC skills;
- Be initiative and be able to work independently to meet challenging targets;
- With strong sense of customer service and responsibility;
- With good interpersonal and communication skills。
