Sr. Test Software Dvpt. Engineer - 硅麦克风事业部

Main Responsibilities:
1.Design high volume production testing method or solution to meet new product requirement or factory sustain requirement
2.Design, debug and qualify test program with Labview, manage software development project schedule in good manner.
3.Work with hardware design engineer to establish system architecture and communication protocols, write firmware with C++ or other tool.
4.Work with R&D and factory test team to roll out new test hardware and software per project schedule.
5.Support factory test team to debug and setup new test program and tooling to meet production requirements. Assists maintenance team on the trouble shooting of major tester down. Initiate projects to improve product yield and system stability.
6.Assists in the test technology transfer, assuring consistency of test software/tooling quality standards. Works closely with USA headquarter and other facility to develop new test capabilities.
7.Maintains production test program, system supporting software up to date.
8.Assists cross function team to analysis product or system problems, carry out test system improvement projects to improve product quality or factory productivity.
9.Frequent oversea travel may be required to sister plants or headquarter in USA.

Job Specification
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
2.5+ year experience of Labview programming.
3.Basic acoustic knowledge or experience in Labview is preferred.
4.Personal computer skills are required, and knowledge of associated applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases and project planning software is necessary.
5.Proficient/Fluent in English, Mandarin languages required.
