职位信息

岗位职责:

- 负责大客户的业务行销,做好KA客户的开发与维护、销售任务的达成、竞争方市场份额的开拓等;

- 完成目标客户定期拜访,维持与现有KA客户的良好业务关系,充分了解客户需求、制定/演示招聘解决方案、推动谈判/业务达成,保证方案的有效实施;

- 做好沟通和服务,提升客户满意度,推动成交,提高单个客户销售额,帮助客户实现目标。


任职要求:

- 本科学历;

- 1年以上销售工作经验,有项目或方案销售从业经验者优先;特别优秀者,应届生也可;

- 愿意从事富有挑战的销售工作;

- 思路清晰,目标明确,积极主动,能在高强度下完成销售任务;

- 有出众的表达能力与沟通技巧,擅于发掘客户的潜在需求,善于把握,有优秀的谈判和快速反应决策能力;

- 能独立思考,对现象判断有深度。
