职位信息

1、负责公司保税物流事业部全盘财务工作,主导应收应付、成本等工作;

2、负责公司会计科目财务数据账实相符、账账相符,负责及时指导异常业务的账务处理;

3、根据国家有关财务法规和企业财务制度规定,对每月销售情况,进行统计分析及汇总,按月、季编制各类会计报表;确保经营分析数据的准确性;

4、负责应收/应付账款及时准确完成,确保公司资金有效管控;

5、审核、管理公司各项成本费用的支出,确保各项支出符合公司规定,

6、负责年检、税款的申报,发票的购买及办理有关税务事项;

7、负责对外或跨部门日常财务事项的对接处理;

8、完成领导交办的其他工作事项。


任职资格:

1、专业要求:财会、审计、金融管理等相关专业,持会计从业资格证;

2、学历要求:全日制大专以上学历;

3、工作经验:3年结算或同岗位工作经验,同行业经验可优先考虑

4、基本技能:具有全面的财务专业知识及法律法规、熟练使用财务相关软件,熟悉会计法律法规、税法以及国家会计准则等;

5、责任心强,工作认真细致、可靠,承压能力强,人际沟通和组织协调能力好;

6、该岗位为财务主管储备岗位,有一定管理经验或想往管理方向发展的优先考虑;
