职位信息

- 负责对所属销售团队进行日常管理和队伍建设;
- 带领部门成员完成销售目标并提高销售业绩;
- 负责指导销售开发、跟进、维护客户,并辅导销售成长;
- 协同销售人员拜访客户,给予下属及时有效的指导和在岗培训;
- 收集反馈市场、竞争对手动态,提出解决方案;
- 负责团队的应收账款管理。

任职要求:
- 本科以上学历;
- 五年以上工作经验,两年以上销售团队管理经验;
- 有同行业或互联网公司从业经验优先;
- 出众的沟通表达能力,优秀的商务谈判和促单能力;
- 具有良好的团队管理能力,能通过多种方式有效激励员工;
- 乐于在挑战性强、节奏快的环境下工作;
- 熟练操作EXCEL和powerpoint软件及现场演示能力。
