-Understanding all “financial targets” and “KPI’s” by account TY vs LY.
-Initiating staff and customer incentives to motivate team and to achieve financial targets.
-Generate, analyze and present financials (sales, GP$, sell through) and KPI’s (traffic, UPT, conversion no of trans, avg 4/trans, VIP/local/tourist spending) on a weekly/monthly/seasonal/yearly basis.
-Initiate and draft proposals for sales tactics to maximize productivity.Schedule bi weekly/every 2nd week store walk throughs with key members of Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, Store Manager and Merchants and provide detailed notes/action list.
-Responsible for maintaining the “master schedule” of Retail Excellence-organizing Forward Planning Meetings (monthly), sales board meetings, marketing meetings, trading meetings (bi weekly) onsite/offsite, store events, sale campaign meeting, Retail Summits(seasonal), trend trainings, vendor visits, regional trips (monthly)/scheduling and minute taking.
-To become an expert user in Neo.
-Checking and handling invoices, annual leave, medical leave applications and ensuring there is sufficient processing time.
-Checking all calculation submissions for incentive payout forms and ensure it is processed in a timely manner.
-Assisting Retail Excellence team for all offsite activities-generating data, contacting the warehouse, summarizing results.
-Manage the uniform budget and arrange uniform for store teams.
-Keep a record of monthly sales commission targets and prepare monthly report for payroll .
-Update on a seasonal basis housekeeping, grooming, visual merchandising, operations manual and any areas that impact the store teams.
-Develop consistent kickoff meeting template by account and prepare presentations (seasonal).
-Assist in new store opening and other training activities.
-Handing of all “Business Trip Approval” forms for Retail Excellence dept and organize all travel for front line teams.
-Diploma holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of working experience.
-Previous experience in retail and / or database management is preferred.
-Independent and able to deal with deadlines.
-Organized, very detailed with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Strong command of spoken and written English, Mandarin.
