Objective of job? Development and maintaining of the management system at the location according to the DRX Guideline. Product and process quality guarantee as well as ensuring of weak points early detection and introduction of all necessary correction measures at the location.Principle activities? Planning/Objectives/Costs Responsibility:Developing and co-ordination of short-time budget planning for the personal responsibility area. Introduction of correction measures in case of deviations. Differentiation, arrangement and follow up of objectives and measures with the managers from the responsibility area. ? Internal/External Audits:Realization, co-operation and co-ordination of internal audits linked to system, product and processes at the location according to the audit planning stipulated by the location management and by the Group Center CQ guideline. Co-operation in realization of external audits (TUV). Introduction of appropriate correction measures and guarantee of their implementation by means of permanent monitoring of the guideline. ? Requalification:Co-operation by promotion of requalificatoin (internal/external). Introduction of appropriate correction measures and guarantee of their implementation by means of permanent monitoring of the guideline. ? Management System:Guarantee of appropriate implementation of DRX Management System at the location, by means of working out the necessary work instructions and ensuring of their implementation. Proposal of new work instructions in co-ordination with the manager. Ensuring of maintenance of necessary Q-documents and relevant communication towards employees at the location. ? Quality protection:Ensuring of product and process quality at the location, beginning with the receipt of goods and finishing with the issue of goods, according to the client requirements and internal guideline. Establishment of QS-inspection and co-ordination of it with the inspecting plan or guideline. Realization and co-operation in approval of series production. Realization of (external, internal) complaint and deviation analyses in co-operation with other unities (ex. Production, Purchasing, Technique etc.). Establishment and coordination of correction measures and ensuring of their implementation. ? Guarantee: Co-operation in the analysis of guarantee cases from clients. ? Suppliers:Clarifying of quality problems with the suppliers, in co-operation with the Purchased Parts Quality Department, and ensuring of the problem solving at the location. Partial co-operation with the Purchasing Department by suppliers’ arrangements and estimations. ? Project work:Participation and managing of projects in production area at the location and ensuring of quality aspects consideration (e.g. production removal abroad) ? Customers:Clarifying of quality problems with the customers and business units in case of complaints and ensuring of their solving. Percipience of the Customers’ Representative function according to the definition TS16949 and to the relevant work instructions of the business units. ? Prevention:Encouraging and implementation of preventive quality techniques during the whole production process. Searching, detecting and encouraging of new methods and leading of all the enlisted persons to far going quality thinking. ? Guiding of Co-Workers:Guiding, further development and motivation of the subordinated co-workers according to the guiding principles of the company. Taking of personal decisions in co-operation with the HR and the manager. ? Reporting:Support and co-ordination of reporting to the location manager and the quality manager of the business unit according with the appraisal of the Management System.? Responsible for EHS management of the department,identification of environment aspect and hazard source, taking actions to correct / prevent / review them.? Interfaces:Representation of the location in internal and external relationships which are relevant to quality topics.任职要求/Job requirementsSpecialized knowledge / education: ? Dipl.-Ing. (PS/TU), Master, Techician or technical/commercial education with relevant job experience ? Additional qualification auditor / QM Work experience: ? Minimum 5-10 years in the automotive quality field or comparable job experience? Or minimu 5 years of respective experience at the Draexlmaier Group.?
