职位信息

Main tasks

Administrative support to Sales management/ team

-       Work with the travel agency to arrange business trip/ accommodation for manager and adjust as when necessary

-       Prepare a trip scheduling summary of the respective sales team for manager review upon request

-       Handle financial reimbursement for manager

-       Schedule various business meeting for the sales team and arrange logistics including invitation letter, visa

-       Arrange sales colleagues or customers’ visit, including show room and factory tour, oversea tour, preparation for invitation letter, Visa, agenda and etc.

-       Act as department coordinator to arrange logistics for new hires/ exits

-       Manage product catalogue and distribute to sales team/ customers

-       Support sales team on related activities and events organization and coordination

-       Handle with sales department daily operation work, like stationery and furniture purchasing, seat arrangement, printers maintain and other related work.

-       Act as contact window to coordinate/communicate with other functions for sales related topic as assigned by manager

 

Reporting generation

-       Work with Sales team to collect reporting data on monthly basis

-       Analyze data accuracy and develop reporting

-       Take follow up actions on data quality issue as when necessary

-       Prepare sales team KPI report monthly

-       Collect key opinion leader list from Sales team and summarize for management review on monthly basis

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

-       Maintain CRM system to ensure a good data quality

-       Prepare regular funnels reports to manger and regional managers upon request to monitoring business

-       Provide training for all dealers and sales

-       Monitor CRM system running

-       Generate reports upon request

 

Process enhancement

-       Enhance sales related process and implement other quality improvement activities

-       Finish the training for colleagues if related process is update

 

Support to Channel Sales team if applicable

-       Act as emergency contact for Channel Sales team to arrange Mobile Field Service ticket to dealers

-       Backup for project dealers’ check ,application and related documents filing

 

Tender support

-       Support Sales on bidding project/ tender business through closely cooperating with the sales group on offer and other documents preparation.

 

Position Criteria:

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree or above

Minimum 2 year admin experiences in multi-national company

 

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Office – expert level

  • English – advanced level

In order to make sure that Draeger products accord with the Chinese market and to ensure the qualify of after-sales service by Draeger that is recognized world wide, Draeger Medical invested to establish Shanghai Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) in 1994 and Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) in 2000, respectively, in Shanghai to be responsible for all businesses of Draeger (Germany) Company and Draeger (North America) Company in China, and nearly 500 persons were employed.
