- Remote technical support over hotline service and on-site technical support
- Supporting in Parts finding and sorting
- Failure analysis on the vehicle quality problems.
- Communication with the dealers on the best practical solving method. Maintaining and repairing suggestion on the vehicle technology.
- Information collection, analysis and reporting as per the OEM customer requirements. Interface of the vehicle technical issues to the parties inside and outside.
Working Experience & Skills
- Be very familiar with the vehicle failure analysis in the after sales area.
- Solid automotive industry experience in after sales at OEM or its dealers, repairing and failure analysis experience is preferred.
- Solid experience in parts area
- Strong communication capability.
- Fluent in written and verbal English skill.
