职位: 大堂经理/形象大使 (第三方派遣合同) 

地点: 北京分行 

职责: 

1.   主动迎接进入网点的客户,礼貌问候。了解客户需求; 

2.   引导客户至适合功能区域;

3.   为客户提供基本的咨询服务。根据客户需求,适时介绍;

4.   银行产品及服务;

5.   积极维护网点营业环境,服务设施及设备的良好状态;

6.   密切关注营业场所动态,异常情况及时上报;

7.   收集和反映客户建议,为优化服务提供参考;

8.   协助处理部分行政事务;

9.   其他上级安排的工作。
