Responsibilities: Project Quality Planning - Cooperate with project manager during APQP from quality function - Accomplishment of advanced quality planning / APQP , using the generic/ basic Q-Plan for creating the control plan for Prototypes, Pre-Series and Series - Collect customer special requirements for quality management - Prepare PPAP documents and get customer approval - Support gateway preparations and approval of the gateway from Quality point of view when all requirements are fulfilled - Contract review on customer side regarding quality relevant points. Project Quality Controlling - Pursues quality goals and initiates necessary corrections in all relevant areas, and escalation if necessary - Conduct process audit for new projects - Handle quality internal and external issue during project phase and  responsible for the parts, product and process related product safety under control, and follow the findings of PSR line walk. Quality improvement - Assure the customer requirement is fully fulfilled internally - Formulation of the main focus of deficits and implementation of lessons-learned for new projects - Other works assigned by Supervisor   Requirements 1.College or above and Automotive application is better. 2.Over five-year work experience at quality management 3.Experience in the application of APQP\ PPAP , quality tools and QM-systems etc. 4.High assertiveness and self-reliance as well as team spirit and good communication skills  High ability to work under pressure; 5. Very good MS-Office and  English skills
