Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Attend safety audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions in *** CZ. And encourage shopfloors to report any unsafe act and condition.
Attend and push the Investigation of accidents, verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
Ensure the well-being and injury-free lives for all employees.
Help HSE manager to maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern.
Educate and train the employees to ensure that they understand and comply with the company's health and safety policies and standards, include safety part in orientation training.
Ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and policies.
Maintain plant HSE system. Implement HSE programs such as Lockout/Tagout, Ergonomic, Permit To Work , waste reduction and etc.
Conduct regularly EHS training for all employees, include EHS awareness, Firs-aid training.
Certificate management of special equipment and special work.
Report to management team on the performance of the EHS management system
Complete other tasks appointed by management team
Experience & Qualifications
Technical school or above.
Secondary school or college degree or above，technical understanding is needed.
Minimum 1 year experience in EHS management in manufacturing company.
Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to safety and environment management.
Interpersonal skill, able to effectively communicate internally and externally.
Good teamwork spirit.
Have some conflict management skills.
High level of integrity; Can work under pressure; Positive attitude.
Initiative and proactive.
Basic command on English;
Can use OFFICE
