人才发展 多样选择

岗位职责
- 通过各种营销网络及销售活动开发新客户,完成销售目标
- 建立、发展及维持良好的客户关系
- 提供高质量和及时的服务来确保客户满意和实现销售
- 密切关注市场和客户,通过主管提供反馈给相关部门以帮助其开发市场、推出产品
- 与团队成员分享工作经验和专业知识,并在需要时辅导其它员工
- 确保市场活动符合品质、成本及合规要求,遵守监管部门及公司内部规章流程
- 对欺诈案例保持警惕,并及时汇报
- 积极参与花旗银行在社区中的义务活动
- 确保完成个人业绩指标,包括:新增客户数、资金量、客户关系满意度
任职要求
- 高度诚信正直
- 本科以上学历,应届生或1-3年销售/金融/保险相关工作经验
- 有一定的英语说、写能力
- 有良好的人际关系及沟通技巧,有独立工作能力
- 渴望成功并能在高压下工作
- 目标明确,业务至上
