- Support department to deal with internal and external administration work in a confidential manner, and make sure SEWC departments to keep the high performance.
- Assist local HR to deal with posting jobs on internal and external channel, recruitment, check-in & out process and other issues.
- Other works: meeting arrangement, including meeting room booking, meeting minutes, etc; stationary application; post and receive mail for departments; support department other necessary tasks.
- Master/Bachelor Degree is preferred.
- Fluent English in reading and writing.
- Fluent PC application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills.
- At least 6 months internship.
