The Finance PTP/OTC/RTR Intern, reporting to PTP/OTC RTR leader within Finance Department, is responsible to coordinate daily workload, processes timely and accurately routine administrative/accounting transactions and all related tasks given by more experienced accounting professionals and/or management.
Assist finance department in all files for AP/AR/GL
Issue invoices to clients
Manage the daily bank statement
System project data maintenance
Other assistance in-head of Finance Department
University student of Grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ, major in Finance/accounting
Fluent in English; bi-lingual capabilities preferred.
Finance Operation working experience with Foreign - invested Companies in SSC/BPO market is preferred.
Familiar with MS-Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
ERP experience is strong advantage(IFS,BPCS, IFS Radley, SAP, Blackline)
Self-motivated, disciplined, high integrity & accuracy and result oriented
Can work at least 3 working days per week
