Job Summary & Responsibilities:
? Perform best-in-class Training support to our commercial partners, their staff and End Users
on TTI range of products and services while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for
? Support the product management team with competitive product research and testing.
? Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with internal & external customers.
? Participate in the Leadership Development Training Program and implement all acquired skills
to deliver results.
? Professionally communicate with all peers, customers and management.
? Work with the team to plan and execute demo events, trade shows, etc.
? Work with the team on new product launches and processes to ensure training is intertwined into the overall business process.
? Develop primary knowledge of the market place (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential.
Note: Duties and responsibilities may not be limited to the above. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes and quality.
Academic & Experience:
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in Business, Marketing, International business or Engineering (other degree & relevant experience are welcome).
? Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
? Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business. General:
? Proficient English speaker, and fluent in language of the country you are applying for.
? Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
? A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
? Ability to work varied hours/day as required by the business.
? To develop your career into more senior roles, you must be willing to travel, and potentially relocate in and around Asia
