We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: - Deliver and manage on day-to-day operations of Global Trade and Receivable Finance Services, ensure to project an image of excellent service provider that help to promote the best trade bank’s brand. - Develop and ensure effective on-the-ground bills knowledge and product training for newly hired Global Trade and Receivable Finance Services staff. - Keep effective communication with Global Trade and Receivable Finance Processing Center and Client Services on daily transactions. Provide valuable input in streamlining process with an aim to productivity improve and efficiency enhancement. - Align and collaborate with Trade Business Development Manager and Product Manager to roll-out of new China Global Trade and Receivabel Finance product strategies and business strategy through Global Trade and Receivable Finance Services team. - Discharge the responsibilities by implementing Compliance policy and procedures, ensuring an adequate understanding of all relevant regulations applicable to the business and generally assisting with the resolution of compliance related issues. - Monitor and engage with regulatory statistics reporting work to meet the regulatory compliance requirement. Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - Solid knowledge on cored trade - Ability to identify and address potential risks within processes. - University degree supporting Financial Services, Business Operation, Process service or equivalent experience in a related field - Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills (in English and Chinese) as well as negotiating and influencing '- Minimum 3 years experience in trade operations, trade client service and/or related functions, preferable in a supervisory role. - Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills '- Ability to work independently and also collaboratively with other team members - CDCS holder is highly desirable.
