? Work with digital mkt team closely to find more innovative way to translate public to private traffic.
? Work with sales team to improve the member conversion plan and implement O2O sales loop.
? Work with data team to integrate the data to develop comprehensive insight of consumer.
About CDP and digital innovation
? Work with Digital/Sales/Data team on the digital innovation projects. Assist in the promotion of CDP products, enable sales and marketing.
? Identify new digital & mar-tech solutions to improve better efficiency on consumer profile, user management, data analysis, Omni-channel experience, media & marketing automation.
About project management
? Responsible for the detailed planning and delivery of the project including control of budget, timeline and quality.
? Work with related parties for resource planning and project planning for both internal and external resources.
? Manage development from a product lifecycle perspective, focus on user experience, activation, conversion, ROI, etc.
? Smart, creative and sharp.
? Strategic thinking, excellent planning.
? Strong leadership, good communication skills.
? Deep understanding for new digital mar-tech solutions, such as CRM/SCRM/CDP/DMP/MAP/CEM, etc.
? Experience in application product management will be a plus.
? 5 years or above working experience in CRM and influencer scope.
