Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Prepare regular monthly/quarterly management report and KPI report, provide monthly variance analysis and signal key messages from the data
2.Support group presentation materials for top management
3.Improve financial analysis model to support the market change and business initiatives
4.Conduct system administration role for Business Intelligence system, to ensure accurate data and provide visual presentation
5.Support and involvement on the process optimization project
6.Support ad-hoc analysis
1.Bachelor or above. Graduated in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Economics or a related field
2.Must possess excellent skills in Excel and be proficient in Word, PowerPoint; familiar with Oracle accounting system is an advantage
3.At least 2 years above working experiences in financial/business planning and analysis
4.Good command in English reading and writing
5.Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and commercial finance concepts
6.Be proactive and self-disciplined, work excellent with high efficiency under pressure
7.Experience in designing and implementing process optimization is preferred
8.Experience in business Intelligence system (such as Tableau or Power BI etc.) is preferred
