Job Description & Responsibilities Work as an operator to handle all incoming calls; Receive and welcome visitors/contractors; Co-ordinate meeting room arrangements; Provide mailing services such as receiving incoming and outgoing mails; Book airtickets and hotels for the travelers; Handle various admin matters to maintain office daily operation; Prepare and settle monthly payments to vendors; Provide local support to assist central HR and FIN team with daily work. Reporting structure & key relationships Reporting: Admin Manager => Associate Director => Director Requirements At least one year’s working experience as a receptionist or an administrator, preferably in a multinational company; University degree holder; major in English is preferred; Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin; Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; With common sense in accountant and HR; Good sense of responsibility and a quick learner; and Friendly, cheerful and diligent.
