Responsible for successful completion of the sales management trainee training program and meet requirements of account manager.
? Make sales plan with mentor for the assigned accounts and territory
? Make daily sales call to assigned accounts
? Develop prospect list for sales opportunities
? Analyze, identify, and create customer needs for RA products and leverage RA resources to meet customer needs
? Qualify, follow through, and close the qualified sales opportunities coached by mentor for assigned accounts
? Maintain relationships and satisfaction with assigned customers
? Work with market access partners during the keep, find, and close process
? 2-5 years of working experience, good skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
? Basic understanding of industrial automation and information products (specifically Motion Control, Drive System, MES / Information System, Component Industry Control, Services & Solutions, etc.).
? Entry level in Industry Knowledge, partner development, End-user/OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of EU/SI or OEM customers)
? Drive results, manage stressful environments with professionalism
? Good relationship skills (Customer Focus/Motivator)
? Good English language proficiency in both written and spoken English
? MBA or Master Degree in Science and Engineering related discipline preferred, including but not limited to: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Theory, Computer Science, etc.
