Brief SummaryThe Manager, Product Compliance partners with Legal and other departments to ensure that all Harbor Freight Tools products meet or exceed relevant regulations and standards, across a diverse array of consumer products in one of three categories: automotive, electrical, or mechanical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accomplishes department objectives by hiring, managing, coaching and developing staff and by planning and evaluating department activities. Support the introduction of safe and compliant new products while monitoring existing products for continued compliance and assurance of safety. Prevent safety incidents, reduce risk, ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards while guiding and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that all products comply with relevant voluntary standards, federal, state, local regulations and Harbor Freight Tools policies and procedures. For electrical products, focus includes, but is not limited to, UL standards, CEC / DoE regulations, lithium battery safety, OSHA/packaging requirements, and HazMat transportation and storage. For mechanical products, focus includes, but is not limited to, CPSC requirements, ANSI, ASME, and ASTM. 岗位职责: 1、 对公司各部门、各分子公司在建设内部控制制度的过程中提供专业性的咨询服务,协助部门经理建立健全公司的内部控制体系; 2、 审阅公司各项内控流程,对缺乏关键控制点的流程提供建议并协助负责部门设立必要控制节点;审阅公司各岗位职责分工,确保不相容职责分离; 3、 对各项内部控制流程和制度的执行情况进行监督、检查和评价; 4、 负责具体实施内控审计项目,包括制定审计方案,组织现场内控审计,审核审计专员的工作底稿,编写审计报告等; 5、 参与公司内部审计标准的编写和修订; 6、 参与审计部年度工作总结和计划的编写(内控咨询服务和内控审计方面); 7、 负责向公司及分子公司各级管理人员提供内部控制的培训,以帮助管理人员建立内控意识; 8、 履行领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求: 1、 国家统招本科以上学历,审计、财务管理、法律等相关专业优先; 2、 5年以上相关工作经验,在企业内部控制方面有3年以上工作经验; 3、 精通内控及风险管理知识与审计知识;掌握国家的财经法律、法规、规章制度和方针、政策,熟悉传媒行业运作和本行业业务管理的有关知识。 4、 有较强的执行力和管理潜质,具备较好的人际交往能力,沟通与协调能力,有团队合作意识,工作计划性强,积极主动,有良好的洞察力,善于发现和解决问题。 5、 具备良好的风险管理意识,掌握企业风险管理、内部控制体系及相关业务流程的审计;能够独立和指导相关人员对企业的内部控制、经营效率及效果、内外部法律、法规及政策、程序的遵循性,进行评价。

Position: Quality Assurance Manager - 合规 / 质量管理 / 童装            Job Descriptions        Provide advice and solutions on technical issues/samples considering the features and limitations of products and materials that can meet with customer’s quality standard.        Provide QA inspection guideline to inspectors and update QA guideline upon receipt new guideline from customer.        Provide QA advice on complex products to merchandiser, factories and customers before and during the development process.        Formulate quality policy to align inspection standard between customers and factories.        Establish and execute supplier quality and performance strategy and system.        Set up guidelines for vendors and identify reliable vendors with the establishment of factory assessment and quality audit template; coordinate with compliance team or 3rd party for factory audit; establish quality KPI and vendor scoring system.        Manage the quality standards with regular updates on new regulations, elaborate country regulations, safety requirements and norm, analyze quality failure and implement assessment corrective and preventive action.        Lead the quality team in new product qualification, technical file, product control plan, certification, etc        Align quality standard, factory audit and testing requirements with team in other offshore offices.        Establish a quality assurance system, provide trainings, conduct audits or assessments on vendors to ensure factories can meet with international/customer’s compliance standard before customers/3rd party do the actual audit.        Create and maintain SOP and client quality process.        Perform other duties as assigned by management.        Requirements        Degree in related discipline preferred    Minimum 6 years' relevant experience     Strong knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL 2.5/4 is a must    Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded    Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communication effectively with internal and external parties    Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment    Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin    Literate in Microsoft office programs    Frequent travel is required
