To reduce errors rate in Parts supply chain; To ensure the quality of Parts distribution in China market. Key Accountabilities-To deal with claims from all involved parties of the supply chain in China market from suppliers to BMW dealers -To provide an excellent help and service to the dealer network on claims processes -To communicate with all parties of logistical supply chain to ensure qualified deliveries Duties. Maintain and develop the claim guideline for the China market.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Major Responsibilities: Claim basic working content: • Analysis and decide whether Claims can be accepted submitted by dealers based on the supporting documents. Updated the claims status within lead-time.• Judge the responsibility for both inbound and outbound claims.• Communicate with other responsible team to improve the parts quality and delivery quality.• Hold claim Training around the dealers and internal colleagues of the update and distribution claim guideline if needed or new policies are released.• Dealers RIN(Red invoice) process follow up and notices collection and correction.• Check the parts scrapping pictures from dealers, and process the claim status. Inventory management:• Monitor correction invoices parts inbound process and stock adjustment.• Handle inbound claims caused by suppliers, updated WDR(Warehouse discrepancy Report) in new system.• Handle inbound claims caused by 3PL, and sign the monthly claim list.• Issuing WDR to correct the stocks once the discrepancy happened during the inventory.• Restoration parts inbound checking and put away process.• Support to parts custom clearance process, CIQ checking.• Monitor the shelf life parts, and control the inbound & outbound process.Interact with internal department:• Regular Follow-up on claims status with suppliers, BMW AG, NSC, BCS, Local parts supplier etc.  Appeal claim decision, if necessary.• Collect the common problem parts data and analysis with technical team to improve the performance.• Hold weekly claim meeting with 3PL to improve Warehouse operation and design the claim liability, improve the transportation team delivery quality.• Communicate with customer service team and local parts team to confirm and update the order problem.• Handle parts recall campaigns issued by BMW AG (Info to dealers, check stock, action claims). Process Monitoring and Reporting:• Monitor parts quality KPIs as well as the relevant process KPIs for continues improvement.• Prepare and confirm WDR (warehouse discrepancy report) based on count result.• Prepare and confirm the scrapping list based on the WDR report.• Error rate management and stock taking.• Make sure all processes and activities are in line with audit requirements and ethical standards.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Qualifications: University degree in computer science or similar IT-knowledge (MS Office, SAP R/3).Parts or related claim knowledgeLogistics knowledge. Job Description:1.
