Closely follow up pass due.- Develop together with CBU annual productivity strategy and implement with individual customer.- Support CBU on profitability improvement through the implementation of change on-cost. Marketing:- Support market and customer study.- Observing competitor movements and collecting intelligence about technology development, price/cost level, footprint, and etc, - Support market activities with customer. Eg. Customer tech show.- Organize market reportSales Administration :- Organize commercial contract review.- Work together with CBU/BU on sales planning and rolling forecasting. - Coordinate satisfaction survey and follow up improvement action plan. - SAP maitainance and filling.Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格 1. Responsibilities: Manage and support the AP program review / approval forums that require establishing the cadence in line with the global reviews, prior pre-reviews in AP forums, compiling and filing papers after review with all stake-holders;Support the program timing plan. Coordinate the development of work plans from program teams and review plan consistency, containability and compatibility with program objectives;Support the Lead Engineering Activity on Program Direction documents, engineering content, design, color and trim. Ensure new functions or features are well investigated prior to being added to the program. After approval, the correct communication processes are used to ensure the whole team understands the change to program actions;Establish the homologation / market timing plan that supports the program timing plan, monitor the plan and execute the plan with support from AP Safety Engineering;Execute the vehicle / component shipments to support the market timing through effective liaison with the Lead Engineering Activity and other functions;Act as the Key Contact in the AP region for the assigned program. Effectively participate in AP meetings with other Functions to provide correct inputs into the program;Liaise with the Lead Engineering Activity to ensure local market needs are met and engineering sign-off plans are in place and robust. Leverage the AP Engineering structure for expertise / advice where required on AP market conditions;Ensure all communications are effectively shared and best practices are shared across programs;Assist in development of plans and strategies to drive Product Development and cross-functional teams to deliver BU vehicle programs utilizing the Global Product Development System (GPDS) processes and procedures.
