Description    This position is responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the promotion and sales of DuPont Consumer & Industrial Business products and solutions which under the DuPont power brands of Tyvek® and/or Kaelvar®. He/she is also responsible for identifying new opportunities for unmet customers’ needs and driving profitable business growth.            Responsibilities:      Adherence to company core values, code of conduct. Achieve target on business milestones, sales revenue and profitability. Key accounts & channel management and development through base business management, new demand creation, share gain and new application/product development. Key accounts outreach to domestic leading players in home use, gift, children education, outdoor, fashion & apparel, textile and other C-end solutions; industrial domains, where scope encompasses. Build sustainable relationship by establishing domestic Tyvek® and/or Kelvar® lifestyle network, which covers key opinion leader, universities, design companies, key accounts, channels, convertors, retail platforms and end users. Enable the selected end users/designers to succeed with solutions, resources and professional guidance. Design & execution of activities on Tyvek® and/or Kelvar® awareness enhancement such as partners development, contests launches, salons, forums and campaigns. Other BD assignments in consumer and/or industrial domains, as assigned by the management.                             Qualifications and Others: Bachelor degree or above. Good written and spoken English.          Minimum 6-8 years’ sales or business development experience in multinational company, business development in multi-industries or key accounts outreach background preferred Experience in B2B2C key account and channel management is an advantage. Experience in converter market and CM is an advantage Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve stated goals.             Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently. Proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
