Submit and obtain customer full PPAP approval with no issues. Travel to suppliers to discuss/resolve issues with SQE if necessary. Travel to customers to represent Gates and resolve potential or perceived issues. Participate in problem solving teams.Maintain and track, until resolution, suppliers’ 8-Ds, MREAs, and production status reports, ensuring components and assemblies are fully production approved. Submit a month end report detailing status of programs and issues.Contribute to VA/VE cost down items to meet goals & targets of gates.                                                 Education and Experience:BS degree (4- years) is preferred 5 years experiences in quality control Familiar with PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc. Prior experience in manufacturing is a must Willing to travel frequently and able to work under high pressure     Required Skills:Must be capable of assessing production/design problem correctly and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Must have good organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Must possess sound knowledge of GD&T drawings, dimensioning, and gauging/measuring practices. It includes making  incoming and stock inspection plan ,schedule, criteria and report, training and guiding inspector’s job. issue internal QN, feedback defect and findings to responsible facility&department and push them to improve, seeking for disposition for nonconforming products, working with warehouse and logistical team for replacement and delivery timely, conducting support job as urgent sorting and rework job at local warehouse and customer site.5. Support local warehouse scorecard as EQDC. It includes EQDC goals and metrics per year.Requirements:1. Mechanical or equivalent bachelor or above. 2. More than 8 years working experience, which is responsible for QE role in the metal and plastic field. Be familiar with the mechanical manufacture, plastic molding, assembly process and knowledge.3.
