1. Supplier Quality Management 1.1 Cooperates with sourcing/purchasing/logistic/engineering team to develop and establish strategic relationship with supplier. 1.2 Assess potential supplier (Gap analysis, pre-auditing) in cross-functional team, and Implement Supplier Quality Management Program (SQMP) with all major suppliers. 1.3 Implement process quality audit and product quality audit when required. 1.4 Lead the implementation of Supplier Quality Assurance program such as SPC, GP, UL, CSA, FMEA and others. 1.5 Lead Advanced Quality Planning process for some key suppliers which include and not limited to FMEA, Control Plan and Risk Assessment analysis. 1.6 Collect and manage the supplier’s document and records, which required by customer or other departments , such as quality standard\Tech data \test report\quality data, etc. 2. Supplier On-site Quality Control 2.1 Develop the inspection plan of on-site material inspection flow, work with the PE/QE teams to define Supplier specifications and ensure the suppliers implement the correct inspection process. 2.2 Ensure that suppliers fully understand company quality standards and commit to supply conformity materials. 2.3 Drive Material Review Board for material rejection and corrective and preventive action program with supplier to make sure effectiveness’ track and verification. 2.4 Maintain and monitor supplier regularly performance rating and/or develop the standard quality measurement tools (CAR, DPPM, lot reject rate…), and communicate with suppliers for continuously improvement by regular meeting or on-site audit.
Education and Training:
University degree, the major of printing or package area is preferred;
Experience and Skill:
At least 3 years experience in quality control in foreign invested enterprise ;
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English; good computer skills ;
Basic knowledge in ISO9000, SPC, FMEA, MSA;
