-Closely work together with Project team for internal communication and information transference (including project management, engineering, project controls).Manage daily procurement work according to the project schedule.
-Exchange and share information with site procurement timely and efficiently.
-Lead cross function meetings with Finance, Logistic, Engineering, Controlling &Government affairs from commercial side whenever necessary, to get consensus and solutions.
-Execute and ensure owner rights and requests according to EPCM; following procurement procedures to maximize the procurement qualities and commercial advantages.
-Monitor service company procurement work during the bidding process ( eg. bid list preparation, RFQ release, clarification and negotiation with vendors, bid opening, commercial evaluation, technical evaluation, contract and change order management) to keep the procedure transparent & equal. Lead the project procurement team to procure and delivery the project material on time at lower cost.
-Make swift adjustment and decision while working and having meetings with Service Company and vendors. Being a role model from commercial side to protect Wacker benefit utmost.
-Deeply involved in the project procurement work to promote Wacker image in the vendor market.
-SAP data input and maintenance(Contract and Saving)
-Payment request handling and approve in the system.
-Issue project procurement report monthly.
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experienced with project procurement management.
- Has knowledge of International trade, business law, Logistic, Finance, contracting, tax and insurance.
- Good communication skills, Leading and coordination Capabilities.
- Strong awareness of timing & cost sensitive.
- Fluent both in Chinese and English.
- Durability of high work pressure and travel.
