客户总监(Account Director)宁波科友信息科技有限公司宁波-鄞州区30-40万/年05-14

Responsibilities -       Client ownership 1.     Manage and maintain a good relationship with clients, and grow new business opportunities through proactive communications. 2.     Fully understand client’s business models, objectives, competitors and industry knowledge and be able to draft proposals that fulfill clients’ China market goals. 3.     Fully responsible for all required deliverables, make sure all deliverables meet agreed KPIs with best performing qualities and manage clients’ expectations. 4.     Lead the client service team to meet clients agreed KPIs and deadlines. 5.     Be able to identify client’s internal stakeholders and manage their relationships. 6.     Respond to clients’ request in a timely manner. -       New Business opportunities 1.     Be responsible for Identifying new business opportunities, proposing potential business deals and establishing new relationship. 2.     Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet sales target. 3.     Identify and set up potential business partnership opportunities. 4.     Closely collaborate with client service peers to identify new co-pitching opportunities. 5.     Participate events. 6.     Work with existing clients on new referrals. -  Communications and Team management: 1.     Lead the client service team to proactively communicate with Domain teams and provide both clear briefings and timely feedbacks. 2.     Quarterly goal setting and performance review with team members. 3.     Be responsible for the internal team trainings. 4.     Manage internal stakeholders’ relationship and proactively promote UMS thought leadership and Domain expertise. 5.     Celebrate success with teams. Required Skills and Experience -       Ideally 5 + years' agency account management and project management experience. -       Proven experience working with clients to fully understand their business and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals. -       Ability to draft proposals that fulfill clients’ market goals. -       Ability to identify clients’ key internal stakeholders and manage their relationships. -       Proven experience of team management. -       Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail. -       Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service. -       Familiar with the digital marketplace and all associated metrics. -       Fluency (verbal and written) in English -       Cultural awareness.
