1. College or above.
2. Must have PC experience.
3. Fluent in Mandarin. English is required for reading and writing.
4. Detail oriented .
5. Good communication skills.
1. To handle day-to-day documentation collection, preparation and distribution within the ocean team to provide our customers with consistent and overall high level of service throughout the branch.
2. Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner.
3. To maintain the accuracy of documentation data in the system so as to ensure the systems are reliable for track and trace purpose internally and externally.
4. Prepare documents as required.
5. Other duties as assigned to the position.
