1. Job Summary The SYSTEM ENGINEER will support and partner with assigned region. This role will support a range of DEF Quality Level Sensor(QLS) variants and applications, which may include industrial transportation, industrial fixed applications, off-road applications and more. 2. Responsibilities 1) Build customer relationships and be accepted as a competent adviser to support the customers SCR systems integration. 2) Visit customers to discuss and understand their specific SCR systems requirements 3) Guide and support customers when integrating TE DEF QLS into their SCR systems 4) In case of integration issues related to their SCR system, work close with the customers to understand possible root cause(-s) and identify a path forward to resolve the actual problem. 5) Develop a thorough understanding of actual customer applications (on-road and off-road) and how the TE DEF QLS can fit into and support their SCR system integration strategy. 6) Work with the customers to improve their understanding of how to utilize data from the TE DEF QLS – to meet their SCR system integration objectives and applicable legal requirements. 7) Develop a thorough understanding of how the TE DEF QLS is impacted by the physical environment it is operating in. To this point, also understand the limitations (corner conditions) of our products and share this knowledge with the engineering teams at our customers. 8) Feedback to R&D engineering teams of issues and lessons learned related to system integration. 3.
