Obtain/record/follow up with all relevant information of the hotel industry, including existing information and industry trends, to assist supervisor to draw up business plans and strategies.
Assist business manager to investigate and evaluate partners in areas in charge; review and sign contract with hotel partners; establish and maintain customer relationships.
Communicate and instruct signed clients about business process operation.
Responsible for complaints and other issues related to hotel customers.
Graduate student of 2020 with bachelor’s degree. Preferably major in hospitality management, marketing, e-commerce, business administration, finance, economics, advertising & media, psychology, mathematics, and statistics.
Strong passion about the travel industry; good knowledge of various internet products; identify with the corporate culture of Trip.com.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; strong communication skills; ability to influence external/internal partners, and effectively build and maintain personal network in the industry.
Responsible, self-oriented and self-motived, possess clear objectives, willing to challenge yourself.
A good team player, with strong insight and coordinating skills, experience of executive boards in the class/student union/Youth League is preferred.
Excellent skills of business data analysis; ability to use analytical tools such as Excel, Python and R for data analysis, data mining and visualization is preferred.
