After receiving feedback, through OTIS internal system, telephone, mail or on-site investigations, collect the problem of information, analysis and confirm the feedback validity;
Support PIC engineer to pre-analysis of the feedback problem and review with customer care team to make RRCA.
Conduct regular communication meeting with the responsibility of departments, branches, maintenance department, installation and oversea customers to address the problem-solving;
Maintain the FTB tracking sheet and output quality report;
Support the daily work for supervisor
Principle Working Relations:
Sourcing CLC PIC, SSI, Manufacturing workshop, IE , Engineering (SIT/CE) , Quality department , and Purchasing department; Installation department, Service department of all the branches; XIZI OTIS, Shanghai OTIS, GOEC and BOEC, WHQ, OEC.
Education: Bachelor or above
Language: Good writing English and fluent spoken English
Computer Skills: Be good at office software.
Major is Electrical or mechanical engineering is advanced
