This position is in a campus recruit project, will responsible for learning & development in supply chain non-make functions.
Responsible for whole life cycle of internal training implement from training design to organize;
-Collect and analysis training needs, co-work with HRM and design training plan;
-Support in course design and facilitate E2E process;
-Participate in training projects base on needs.
-Bachelor's degree, major in Human resource will be a plus;
-0-2 year's experience in HR field;
-Passion to grow and develop in training field;
-Good communication skill and detail orientated.
